Free shipping policy
FCN or Family Care Nutrition offers free standard shipping to Canada and the US for all eligible orders of $75 or greater before applicable taxes.
For all total order amounts less than $75 before applicable taxes, shipping rates are as follows:
Other provinces: $14.95
Remote Areas within Canada & the northern Territories: $19.95
Shipments are handled through Canada Post and USPS.
In-Store Pickup is available at Family Care Nutrition (3681 McNicoll Ave, Toronto, Ontario, Canada). You will be notified via email when your order is available for pick-up. Orders that have not been picked up within 7 days of the delivery date may be returned to the warehouse and refunded to the original method of payment.
All orders require 1-3 business days of processing time to be picked, packed and prepared for shipping, unless otherwise noted on the product page of the item(s) you’ve ordered.
Our Hassle-Free 14-Day Return Policy
At Family Care Nutrition, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to initiate a return. Hence, we’ve crafted a straightforward 14-day return policy, granting you ample time to assess your item and request a return if needed.
Eligibility Criteria: For your return to be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase handy when making a return request.
Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Subsequently, ship the item to our return processing center located at 3681 McNicoll Ave, Scarborough, ON M1X 1C3, using the provided return shipping label and following the accompanying instructions. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, promptly inspect the items. If you discover any defects, or damages or receive the incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We are committed to evaluating and rectifying the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Certain items fall under the non-returnable category, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Additionally, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases cannot be returned. Should you have inquiries about a specific item, feel free to get in touch with us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges: For a swift exchange process, we recommend returning the item you have and, upon approval, making a separate purchase for the desired item. This ensures a seamless transaction, allowing you to receive the product you want without delay.
Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will promptly notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days via your original payment method. Keep in mind that the time it takes for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund may vary.

How Do I Make a Return?
Please follow these steps to make a return:
Contact our Customer Service team for an Authorized Return Number and printable mailing label.
Securely package and ship all items for return along with the original invoice and Authorized Return Number to:

- Once the package has been received and all contents have been processed, a refund will be issued on our end to your original method of
payment within 3 business days. Depending on your bank’s processing times, you should see the credit amount in your account within 10 business days after the return is processed
Lost, Damaged, or The Wrong Shipment
If you’ve received a damaged or wrong shipment, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible so we can rectify the mistake.
If you have not received your shipment after 20 business days of ordering, your shipment may be lost. Please check the tracking number provided with your order, or contact our Customer Service team for a resolution.
FCN offers a 30-day refund policy. All unopened products in resalable condition may be returned for a refund within 30 days for the original purchase price minus a 15% restocking charge.
